What breed and gender are these two, they are around 8 weeks old

They are very scared of humans for some reason but i managed to lure them a bit, still couldnt get the best photos

Could it be a Bielefelder? They look like game hen and do not like human contact. There were some in my local feed store who had the most awful screech and avoided people at all costs.
