Breed and genders

Hello,
The chicks are three weeks old now and I was wondering if anyone could guess their breeds since their feathers have came in pretty good and also their genders by their combs...They are lettered to make it easier for you all also it’s hard to see but chicks in pictures C and E have no combs.
Thank you again for all your help!!!all are bantams besides the white chick...also they are currently kept inside can I take the heat lamps away since they are 3wks?
