Breed and sex help?

Hi can anyone help tell me what breed these are we have silkes but was given these three chicks by a friend. The cockerel was apparently a copper balck maran but shes unsure of the hen. The hen is light coloured one in the photos. Do you think there all cockerels as well or potentially 2 cocks and a hen? They will be aboit 12 weeks

I think the with the light colored one with the crest is the only pullet. The rest are definitely cockerels. Also I am guessing that the mom is a cream legbar.
