breed blue color help please

we have blue runner ducks and they do not have a even color i need advice on how to get an evener nicer blue color, please help.

Maybe you can post a picture to make the unevenness more clear.

Crossing in a Black may help but essentially colour flaws are addressed by selective breeding over time. Keep the best coloured birds & cull those with poorer colour. Do that generation after generation & eventually you'll get where you want to be. Unfortunately there is no one step magic bullet.
