Breed, Gender and Age of Chicken?

I saw this chicken on craigslist and I'm thinking about adopting it




. Can anyone identify it's gender, age and breed, if possible?

It just looks like a mixed breed to me.

I figured it would be, seeing as it was a chicken from the wild that was taken in by the owner, but can you tell me it's gender?

Its hard for me to tell not knowing age, but it looks to have some pretty thick legs in the first pic.
