Breed/Gender Help, Please

I bought some new chickens from a local farm recently, and I am not sure about this one. Any ideas?

Based on the nape feathering alone, I'd guess you have a cockerel. But I can't be sure. I have absolutely no guess on breed but very cool feathering patterns.

I'd say barnyard mix, cockeral...I see both hackle and saddle feathers.

It's a cockerel: red comb, hackles around neck, extended tail, heavy legs and blond saddle feathers... not sure about the breed, pretty roo.

Barnyard mix, 100% cockerel.

Yep, mixed breed cockeral. He's got some birchen coloring, but looks like some laced not too far back. Classic barnyard mix.

Thanks everyone. Not what I wanted to hear, but at least I know now. If anyone knows someone looking for a rooster near the South Carolina lowcountry, let me know...I may need to get rid of him
