I bought my chicks at Atwoods, they use Ideal hatchery... What would be the odds of me getting an EE? I am pretty sure their site says pure breeds.... and correct me if I am wrong but EE are not a "real" breed?

Easter Eggers are commonly called Ameraucanas by hatcheries.

Ameraucanas are specific color varieties (and a standard of perfection that exists for them) within the EE range of colors etc. They are a recognized breed.

So unless you bought from a breeder it is likely to be an EE, is my understanding. What I would do is try to post a pic of your birds on the Ameraucana thread and see what the breeders say. I have had Wheaten Ameraucanas from a breeder and EEs myself, but don't know the SOP for the Ameraucana and thus cannot really advise you.

There is a good website for Ameraucanas:

this may help
