i understand you may not know what a mechelse koekoek is as its a belgian breed so ive included a pic

these were the eggs that were set.... half were infertile, we lost two chicks yesterday and have 11 over

4,5,7,9,10 are i believe bantams or chabos? they are much smaller than the others?
 
I don't see any Buff Cochins. I see some Chabos though - The cleanfaced yellow ones with the short legs. The Araucanas are the bearded ones. And, the black ones - Those would be the Mechelse Koekoek. IF they come in black.

the mechelse koekoeks *should* be barred when they grow up..ive never heard of pure black ones..

could the small black ones be chabos too or dont they come with featherd legs? im pretty sure they hatched from tiny eggs so i just presumed theyd be chabos.....or could they be black cochin bantams and the guy sent me black instead of buff?

I've seen Cochins with much more leg feathering than that. . . 'tis hard to say. They might be. I don't know if your Cochins are more or less fluffy than ours. I'm pretty sure Chabos are clean legged though.
