Breed Help???

Hi, I took in a chicken that someone couldnt keep. Not sure what the breed is. Not sure the age either. Its a younger hen though. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

It kind of looks like a bantam Rhose Island Red. That's my best guess and I'd like to see what more experienced chicken owners have to say.

My guess was Rhode Island Red, too.

kinda hard to see, but what type of comb does it have?

it does indeed look like my Rhode Island Red in minature, except for the white stems on the feathers, my hen doesn't have that. (Yes, I realise I didn't use the proper term for the feather stem, but I'm having a brain fart..... I'll remember the word sometime tonight right before I drift off to bed and then not be able to remember why I was trying to remember it). Do red and black stars come in bantam sizes? Most of the red stars I've seen have a little white in the feathers, kind of like that.
