hello! my sister found this baby chick alone and we decided to keep her/him and nurse it back to health as it was very weak and looked like recently hatched. I would like to know the type of chick it is because all my other chickens were store bought so I know theirs but not this little guy- it would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to say what breed. Where'd you find him/her? Are you giving it water with electrolytes? Looks about a week old.

I have been giving her nutri-dench for a couple days now and she was around Yolo- more specifically Arbuckle, CA
