My best guess is a birchen Old ENglish Game Bantam or a Black Old English Game bantam with silver leakage. Where did you get him? That will help...

We got him from the pound! I am the local livestock lady, whenever someone drops off livestock at the pound they call me to come get them.

He's a mixed breed, something feather legged back there somewhere......also looks like he has scaly mites, those legs look pretty bad.

Yes he has mites, I just got him and started treating him right away.
