Breed of these chicks?

Ok so I made a thread asking but the pictures where bad so I toke some with my phone I believe maybe they are bantams maybe not anyway here they are

They do look like bantams but they are pretty young to tell their breeds, but I would guess the brown one is an Old English Game Bantam but I'm not sure about the lighter one.
