Breed? Rooster?

I thought that this was a male sex-link, but I've discovered the males don't look like this at all. I've got 5 of these and I'm pretty sure they are filler roosters from an order from McMurray Hatchery. They haven't displayed any signs of being roosters, so now I'm wondering if they really are roosters. I'm not sure if this picture is good enough to tell sex, but thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Are the legs yellow? Buff rock. And that one is a pullet.
