I'm thinking a Silver Penciled Rock Cockerel.

I got him from a brown leghorn bin at TSC. Bit hes totally different from the rest.

Well, he's not a BL, but he does resemble a Silver Leghorn.

I am curious about your second speckeled one too, I have a pullet who looks identical, and is SO sweet, but she doesn’t quit fit the breed I wasn’t told she was.
