Breed?

Purchased this chick from TSC as a speckled Sussex pullet but he’s turned out to be neither as he started crowing yesterday. I believe he’s bantam bc he’s quite a bit smaller than my pullets the same age (7 wks). Anyone know what breed he is? Clean, slate legs & single comb. He’s in the front for the group photo.
