Bought these chicks from tractor supply. The two in the front are supposed to be Australorp
. I am guessing the one that is lighter is not an Australorp
...anyone have any guesses?

No austrolorps. Possible Easter egger in the foreground. The black bird to the left is possibly a wyandotte, but the feathers don't look quite right.

I'd look up the special care needed for that crossbeak if you're going to try to keep it.

Thank you I picked 2 Wyandottes , 2 Rhode Island Reds and what was supposed to be 2 Austrolorps. They will be loved either way. I have done some research on crossbeak care. Right now she seems to be eating chick food good.I am definitely keeping an eye on her.

In the first picture the one on far left is one of my wyandottes. The two in the front were supposed to be the Austrolorps.
