So this is olive my 10 month old pullet. She was sold as an azure blue but she had way darker spots of black than all the other azure blues. Most of the others are pure white or have really small light grey feathers. When we got them as chicks they gave us 1 extra by accident. Is she still an azure blue?

Azure blue it’s not a real breed it is a hatchery hybrid. Your bird’s coloring is very similar to a “paint” and requires a parent that has dominant white like a leghorn for example.
Azur blue chickens are a crossbreed between a leghorn and I believe a crested cream leg bar.

I think she's too young to see the full colour of her earlobe but right now it looks almost like a white/pinky colour

I also have 1 other who is like olive but she doesn't really have spots, instead she is just tan instead of white.

She probably still is an Azure blue. Being a hybrid there can be variations in their coloring though the majority of them have the light silvery colored feathers you describe. She also may be an Austrawhite or other similar hybrid. You will know when she starts laying eggs!
I have one that looks quite a bit like her and I’m still not sure what she’s a mix of! I got this one from a backyard breeder.
