So I got this beautiful girl about 3 weeks ago along with two roosters. The lady told me she believes they were americaunas or another breed. They look like americaunas except the hen has what looks like greenish legs to me. Could anyone tell me everything I need to know about her, as far as actual breed, egg color and all in-between please.

Thanks everyone. I'm a little more excited than I should be lol. I'm still fairly new (almost 2 years in) and haven't had many breeds as I still have my original flock except for 3 new babes. I try to research on chickens breeds and everything and have taught myself a lot by this website and Facebook groups but was stumped by her legs as Google didn't seem to have an answer for me. As of now I have a cream egg layer, two white egg layers, brown egg layer and a light brown/ pink egg layer.

Hopefully she'll give you green or blue then!

To help you a little, pure Ameraucanas (spelled like so and capitalized) have white skin. Their skin color is the color of the sole of their feet. Your girl has yellow soles=yellow skin. And Ameraucanas always lay blue eggs and have slate colored shanks.

They also always have a beard and come in a few recongized colors. Not including the color of your girl.

Thank you so much! I didn't pay much mind because I'm just now getting her trust (I try a gentle way of just letting my new chickens watch my older chickens eat out of my hand and what not until they are uncomfortable) and she's eating out of my hand now and realized in between her toes looked really green. I was hoping that it was a possibility to get a different colored egg. She hasn't started laying for me yet but 3 out of my 5 girls are almost through a hard molt and 1 is broody so I only have 1 girl laying. Figured it was her still adjusting and the other girls not laying.
