Breeding a RIR Roo with an ISA Brown hen?

Just wanted to ask the knowledgeable folks on here, what would be the result of the above cross? I know you will not produce an Isa Brown, but could you expect a decent egg layer?

You will get a mixed breed offspring that will almost certainly be a good layer, although very likely not quite the egg laying machine that the Isa Brown is.
