I am going to breed them to a Cream Created Legbar Roo. Should chicks be sex link? (Two barring genes for cockerels).
it will all depend on the EEs e allele, how did they look when they hatched? Any pics?
Well since both hens are sex linked barred, when crossed with a cream legbar rooster the cross will not be sex linked for the barring gene that is for sure, but they may be autosexing if both hens are e+(wildtype chipmunk strip) or eb(brown). The only way to know that is to cross them..Im sorry I don’t. I got these hens on a trade 2 months ago.
