Hi all -
I have 5 mandarin ducklings that are just about 8 weeks of age. I'm *reasonably* sure that I have 2 females and 3 males (beak and foot color). All are siblings, except one of the females, but all their parents were unrelated as far as I know.
My questions are
1. Can siblings be bred together?
2. If so, and since they've been raised together, can I keep them all together and expect them to breed down the road, without dominance issues coming into play?
3. Or should I separate them into pairs and find a female for the left over male?
4. Can mandarins be bred in trios?
Thanks so much -
