breeding meat rabbits?? Help please.

they will darken with age also in hot weather the dark lightens and darkens in the cold

These pics don't show their back ends too well as they are darkening up. They were honestly solid white when we got them and didn't know what breed they were. Thanks for the information. We won't try breeding again for a couple of months then. Glad to know what they are and what to do with them. The goof balls who sold them to us aren't the most reputable people around but they have kept rabbits for years so we took a chance. They are very healthy and are becoming more friendly in some ways.
 
The rabbits are doing great and growing well. We went ahead and bred them over the weekend. We hadn't tried again to let them grow up some and this time they did exactly what they were supposed to do. We put the girl in with the boy once a day for three days in a row. I don't know if she's preggers or not but she is eating like a pig. We have lettuce growing in the greenhouse (not iceberg) and she loves it. I guess we'll see by the end of the month or so. Here's hoping!
