Thank you for all of your suggestions. You're right, I probably AM sweating this too much. I'm in a hurry to get it all established and have the perfect flock, but I should just relax and see how it goes. I work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, so I can check into the poultry department to see what I can find out. Thanks again!
