I just had my first goat babies on April Fools Day. I have both male and female goats and because of running out of good weather last fall we didn't get the second goat pen and house erected although we had all the stuff for it. Anyway so my 3 boys and my 2 girls wintered together in one pen and house. My large female never got pregnant but the other did and just delievered. She had 2; 1-boy: 1- girl; Of course I don't know who the daddy is but my dad said something about maybe it was more than one dad......... is this possible? I know some animals can do this but I didn't think goats were one of them.

I was told it is very possible.

Yes its very [possible as I had a goat last year that got bred by both of my bucks as there was blue eyed boy that the daddy I had down didnt have. So it was both the bucks that got her. CUte babies.

I'm also on board with the very possible.

I had a rough time last year during breeding season and all my goats were running together b/c I had someone else caring for them.

Two does kidded out with both La Mancha and Nubian daddies in the same kidding. So yes, it can and does happen.
