Breeding relatives

Would you consider breeding related birds (brother and sister, father and daughter, or mother and son) for meat production purposes? I know some say yes, some say no, just wondering what some of your opinions are. Any comments would be appreciated. I'm sure its the same for all birds, but in specific I am speaking of Chukars

If your using them for meat production I doubt it will be a huge issue. First generation inbreeding usually doesn't have many ill effects. However, if you continued this process over many generations issues would probably arise.
