I want to breed my hen to a spicific rooster the thing is he isn't the dominant one. How would I go about breeding them?

Patience, grasshopper.

You either need to remove then hen and specific roo to a seperate pen, or remove the dominate roo. She'll store the sperm from one mating an average of 2 weeks, so you'll want to have her away from the roo you don't want for at least three weeks before you collect eggs to hatch. Then just keep her away from the non desirable roo until she's laid as many eggs as you want to incubate, then they can all go back together.

Maybe a little more information that might help you with your planning. There are always different ways to do these things. The desired rooster does not have to stay with the hen the entire time she is separated from the undesirable rooster. You can put the desirable rooster in a little before you want the fertile eggs. How much before?

It takes about 25 hours for the egg to travel through the hen's internal egg laying factory. That egg can only be fertilized during the first 15 minutes or so of that journey. This means if the mating takes place on a Friday, Friday's egg will not be fertile. It started its journey on Thursday. Saturday's egg might or might not be fertile, depending on when the mating took place and the egg started its journey. Sunday's egg will be fertile from a Friday mating. So you need to put the hen and rooster together at least two days before you start to collect the eggs for hatching.

This is after a mating, not just putting them together. If you put the rooster with only one or two hens, you can be pretty sure a mating will take place real soon, but if you put a rooster with a large flock of hens, he may not mate with each and every one of them the first day.
