The smaller black/gold looks like a golden laced sebright hen. The max for size is a pound and a half. Her small comb suggests that she’s either less than or right at five months. Below puberty. Can’t help with the cockerel.

I think the pattern is wrong for that.

It takes a while for the lacing to actually decide to exist for some sebrights. She has the same body/physical look of my sebright. That’s the only reason I say that.
 
Ah, my bad. mine is older. I can’t remember when he was fully laced. Took forever tho XD.

Like laced birds are so pretty but all of my laced birds took SO LONG to get fully laced.
I know what you're saying, just thought that that wording was amazing.
