Breeds of Chickens--Roosters without Saddle Feathers

Hi all!
So...I have learned recently that Sebrights are a breed of chicken in which the male does not have saddle feathers. I have been searching online to see if there are any other breeds like this and haven't found any. Does anybody know of any others?

There are some game fowl that are and I've heard it sometimes happens in campines and occasionally in some hamburgs.
Personally I've only seen it in sebrights and a very few games.
