breeds that lay longest?

I've heard that there are some birds that lay beyond the normal 2-3 years, any recommendations for long laying breeds? thanks!

Hens will lay their entire lives. They decrease their egg production about 10% per year. Here's a good article on egg production and the factors that affect it.

My red sex links layed until 6-7 years, they just don't lay as much now.

When I was a girl we had a RI Red that we rescued from the highway (she fell off the chicken truck) and she layed eggs for about 10 years (not every day of course), we had her for almost 12. I have no idea how old she was when she came to us, she was already an adult. Chickens can be amazing.
