Brick N.J. 08723 laws anyone ? Drum Point road side ?

I used to live off Drum Point Road.
Looked up the ordinances and her it is. Chickens are considered a class IV animal and can be kept if housed in enclosed building and within the setbacks but it didn't say how far the setbacks were.

I tried calling Town Hall and they didnt seem to know ?

Since they have it posted on the site, someone surely knows. I would call again and ask for a supervisor if they don't know. Where I live now, the building inspectors office has all the city ordinances. Good Luck!

,I should be good with the setback .I have 6 foot fence than a row of Leland cypress's around yard than a 4 foot fence to keep my puppy's out of the Leland's, one has a allergy to them..That puts the coop around 15 foot in and my yard is about a acre.
