Hi I need your help. Today since it’s fall I let my hens in the backyard completely free while I was picking up what’s left in the garden. They ate lots of stuff: vegetables, tomatoes, dirt, grapes, worms and lots of grass. Now I’m worried because I found some bright red diarrhea but I don’t now who’s poop it is (I’ve got 18 chickens). Is it normal? Is it because they ate weird stuff or is one of my hens sick? It looks kind of like red tobasco sauce
