I have 3 sets of chickens and I would like to bring them together but not sure how to do this.
My first set of chickens are a year old and I have 24 of them all female. My second set are rescue chickens of which there are 8 females ranging from 3 to 7 years and one rooster that is a year old. My last set is new and they are 18 weeks old, one rooster (not ordered) and 16 females. They each have their own coup and are in one run with separations that allow them to see each other but not mingle. My question is that I would like to remove the separations in the run so that they are all together and eventually I will also make the coup one space instead of three. Can anyone help me with this. There are folks here who go through elaborate, long integration plans.....I'm not one of them

. with the large number of birds, all basically grown, I'd simply remove dividers and let them mingle.....except the roosters. I'd probably decide which rooster I was going to keep and get rid of the other one, merging adult roosters often does not end well and their issues will disrupt the harmony of the entire flock. This also depends on having quite a bit of space, as you're talking about a lot of birds. there needs to be enough room for submissive birds to run away from dominant birds, and everyone to spread out some and not get on each other's nerves.

Thank you for your advice, I too am more about the KISS rule. My Run for all chickens is 80 Feet by 50 Feet, I would really like to keep the Younger rooster also, do you think this space is big enough to accommodate them all. I would assume that each group would go back into their own coup at night.
