So, I think I am going to buy the Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance EX incubator this evening, does anyone have this incubator? What are your thoughts?

My main reasoning is I want something more reliable than my Hovabator, which I have to check the temperature and humidity on every 15 minutes to ensure it remains constant...

Well worth the money. Extremely reliable about temperature and humidity. I don't think I've ever read any significant comments about this model on this forum, except perhaps about the price.

I'm getting the bug to get mine out of storage and hatch something, but in Michigan it's way, way too early.

Thanks!

So you haven't had issues with humidity when using this model?

Hi Jeremy
you will be so happy with it
I have the same one for small hatches and loved it so much I went for the big cabinet 190 model as well
it is great
not sure if you are getting it with the humidifier or not
I do not have it
I put small strips of terry cloth on the bottom to increase the surface area of evaporation
and have to drip in water in the last few days to keep the humidity high
I LOVE IT
