Brinsea Mini Adv Turning Angle

Hello. I am seeing a range of info on turning angles. We are hatching silkie eggs. Most are around 46g but we have one big one 55g. Instruction booklet seems to say 10, but forums are saying 15. How do I know whether the setting is optimum? Do I mark eggs and watch? Are they meant to turn 180 once per hour? Thank you !!!
