brinsea mini advance not working

i wanted to test my incubator before i brought some hatching eggs but found that it was not working at all. i was wondering what to do as evan the screen wouldnt turn on. i noticed it was making a clicking noise which i found out was that fan. so i was wondering what i needed to do

How long have you had it? If it’s still covered by return policy or warranty I’d return it or contact the manufacturer. If it’s not, get a new incubator?
