Our incubator was at 101.5 for the first 24 hours our eggs were placed in the incubator. Do our chicken eggs stand any change of hatching?

I think the thermometer to our Brinsea Mini Eco (forced air incubator) was on it's side too long. I thought we'd got the air bubbles out, but realized on day 2 that some of the blue ethanol was stuck in the bulb at the top of the thermometer. I hope that problem is resolved now. Once there thermometer was "fixed" and placed back in the incubator I got a reading of about 101.5 (not the recommended 99.3-99.6). Too high!!! The incubator is now re-calibrated to the correct temperature.

It should be fine. I had a 103 reading once, with a morning. Temp check. Don't know how long it was that high, but the hatch went well. Good luck!:)

Thanks for the encouragement! All of our fertile eggs hatched!!!
