Brinsea Octagon Eco 20 first time newbie

I put 9 of my Welsh Harlequin eggs in the two center lanes I created -- 6 on one side then 3 in the other.

When I rock it back or forward are the eggs supposed to rotate? Or is just leaning backwards for a while, then upright, and then forwards for a while sufficient?

Thanks. I am only two days in so there is time to get it right.
