BRINSEA OVA-EASY Incubator

I recently purchased a Brinsea Ova-Easy incubator. I am looking to hear from other owners of Ova-Easys. I would like to know what temperature and humidity you use for chicken eggs? How often do you have it turn the eggs? And what steps do take the last 3 days, i.e., when do you stop the turner and when and how much do you increase the humidity?
And, does anyone use the feature that lets the eggs cool down every day.
