Broiler Processing In Texas

I have 5 broiler chickens that I would like to have processed (because I wont be able to do it myself) but I cant seem to find anybody who processes chickens near San Antonio. I have searched the internet and it seems like most poultry plants only do their own chickens or you have to have like 200 or more for them to process the birds for you.
Does anybody know of anyone who would process a small number of chickens and is somewhere near San Antonio???
