broken beak

2 days ago I added 2, 18 week old egg layers to my flock of 5 (8months) and now one of them has a broken beak (top). I did not notice that when I bought it. Could it have gotten into a scuffle? It looks really funny. Will she me able to eat and drink fine?

My rooster is like that. He thought He was still in his prime with another rooster! But he eats and drinks fine. But I make sure he has a bowl for everything as pecking on the ground is kind of difficult for him. So i have it where he kind of scoops up his water and food. it sucks, if she was younger it would of grew back but when their older it doesnt.
