broken egg, dirty eggs

One of my chickens is sitting on 6 fertile eggs, for now 13 days. One of the eggs broke and she discarded the shell, but the other eggs are now covered with stuff and a bit smelly. I understand the bloom will protect them in part, but will, they likeley be okay? Should i move them to a new clean nesting box or would this be over handling them? Please advise... first time ive let a broody chicken sit!!

I would more her at night. Move her slow don't be loud and every thing should be fine. Good Luck!!!
