That's sad, but it happens sometimes.
I imagine the yolk has dried on by now, so it is probably hard to remove. If there is not too much on any one egg, they'll probably be fine. If there is a lot on any one, it may be worth trying to wash off at least some of it, especially where the air sac is so that the chick inside can breathe better. If you do, try to use water that is the same temperature as the egg. And handle and turn as little as possible because you are into lockdown period now.
