Broken Eggs

I have 5 hens. I used to get 5 eggs a day. They are all still producing eggs daily BUT 2 of the hens are dropping their eggs before they leave the perch in the morning. When I go out to release them (same time every day), I find 2 broken eggs under the perches. It has always happened periodically but this has been going on for 2 weeks now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Good idea but since they poop all night it would be awkward to clean
