Broken leg?!?please help!

I feel like I have had all the leg problems this year; spraddle legged, bumble foot and now this. My cat got one of my finches through my cage and pulled it’s leg through the cage. The birds in shock I think but acting semi normal, although he can’t walk and if you hold him his leg just kinda hangs down. It’s twisted off the top part and just twists and hangs there. Is there any hope of saving the leg?

Wounds from cats on small birds are fatal without antibiotics. The leg is likely either completely broken or going to fall off by the way you described it. Go to an avian vet asap.

I called vets , no one was open or near enough to get him to, he passed away
