Broken wing emergency!!

Please could somebody give some advice. Yesterday I went out to check on my hens and one of them had her wing drooping down. The other side is fine. It has no movement at all, when she was flapping to get away from me when I tried to catch her it didn’t move. It’s drooping low and she trips on it as she walks.
Took her to the vet and she said she couldn’t feel any noticible breaks or a dislocation, so just leave it and see how it goes.
But I can’t just leave it because she falls over it, so I have put a bandage around it and secured it in place, so she can walk without tripping now. She’s eating and drinking fine.
Does it sound like a break? Or what else could it be? Also am I right to bandage it, instead of leaving it hang down?
Thank you

Just a normal vet. The closest avian vet is an hour away. So wanted to hear what they had to say before I took her on a hours drive. But even with an avian vet, I’m not sure what they could do? Is it best I keep it strapped do you think?

I would call the avian vet and ask her how to handle it, though I probably would have just made the drive there to begin with. I am very lucky though that the Avian vet is only about 5 minutes from my house.
