Broken wing? Emergency

This is my first time owning ducks and one of my drakes is holding his wing funny and when he tries to flap it he nearly flips over. I let him out to watch him but it cannot be a predator or another duck because he was in quarantine for being a jerk. He also keeps twitching the wing. I have no clue what to do or even look for here.

Hello, I must say that seems pretty bad! I once had a chicken that decided it was just a great idea to sunbathe right next to a fire ant nest and this is what happened for a bit. It was quite concerning. Is it possible for you to bring him to a vet to see if you can have them tell you if it's really broken,?
