I know i should search,but i am on borrowed time now.
Is there anyway to fix a broken wing,it is the bone closest to the body and it is a compound fracture.My roosters have been fighting over who gets to breed and i think one was trying and the other got mad.Just my thought,she was ok yesterday.But this afternoon when i went out to water and check for eggs her wing was hanging.
I have a few medical supplies i keep for my dogs,vet wrap,iodine and gauze.So at least i am sorta prepared.Also for the horse i keep blue cote,and a few other antibiotics ointments too.
Anything would help right now.
Well i tried to set the wing and i couldn't get it lined up exactly,but i got it real close.My son was trying to help me and he didn't like to squeeze her that much.So i got her taped and have wing taped to her side.She is by herself right now.She is eating,drinking and very comfortable.
