Bronze Turkey Sexing? Adivce!

I am picking up (probably 3) Bronze turkeys this weekend the lady said they are half grown or 6 months of age she can't sex for me.

I would like to get a tom and hen out of the 3 I buy and then the other will just be a meat bird hopefully for this Chirstmas. I have been digging into the forums on BYC trying to get some ideas on how to sex them when I go pick them up.

Females have white tips on the breast? males will not?

Males will have a more distinct beard?

Males will have bigger legs?

Males snood will be much longer and the head will should be much redder?

Anything else that is really key in the Bronze Breed?

The Toms heads can turn blue also and his snood will elongate when excited and Toms gobble(I believe hens can gobble but rarely do so).
