I just got a new bronze tom. I was wondering if heritage bronzes fly good?

Once they get about 6 months old or so they don't fly all that much as they weigh too much. But yes they can fly up but not for much distance, but they could get up in a tree that is 15 feet or so up if they really wanted too.

Mine can fly-jump over six feet at 5 months, they also run fast, flap wings and get 3 feet off the ground for a distance of 30-40 feet. I'm starting to prefer turkeys over chickens.
