Brooder Bedding

I've been using towels in the brooder for my ducks and geese, but it is so time consuming to wash them out. Does anyone use pine shavings from the beginning successfully? Do you use anything that is easier to maintain? Thanks!!!

Pine shavings is what i would use. They are way to deal with and you don't have to wash any when you are done.
